As part of our upcoming transition to Workforce Management (WFM), we want to make you aware of a change that may impact your current workflows.
Personal Hyperfind Queries created in WFC will not transfer to WFM. These queries are user-specific and will need to be manually recreated in the new system once the transition is complete.
To ensure a smooth transition and avoid any disruption to your processes, we are asking all users to review and document any personal Hyperfind Queries you currently use in WFC.
Having a record of the criteria and purpose of each query will help you efficiently rebuild them in WFM when the time comes.
We recommend completing this review by May 9th.
